California -- John Dave Heltne, 74, a resident of Fairfield and Vacaville for seventeen years combined, died on December 10, at Sereno Oaks, in Vacaville after a long bout with muscular dystrophy. He was born on March 23, 1937 in Grafton, N.D. Burial in the Family Plot will be in Murray Cemetery, Rockdale, Texas.
